Welcome to Strong Wise Women. This website is owned and operated by KS Buckley LLC. By registering for membership, you agree to these terms of service and use. Please take the time to review all of this material carefully. If you have any questions about the content, please feel free to contact us.

These terms are subject to change if necessary. The most recent version will always be available to new registrants, or can be accessed within the membership area in the FAQ section.

This site is to be considered a safe space. Some of the material we share is personal and sensitive in nature, and we respect the privacy of all of our members. We expect that all members will extend that same respect of privacy to our members as well.

As part of your membership, we commit to your privacy and keeping your content confidential, and as you do the same.

We will keep all your personal information private. We will never share your contact information with any third party company, nor we will share any of your contributions to the site without your expressed and written consent.
  • You agree that all information shared on the website is private and confidential.
  • You agree to not share, repost or copy any personal information about other members of Strong Wise Women without their specific permission.
  • You agree to the principles of kindness, respect and compassion and treat all members in Strong Wise Women accordingly, with an understanding that we all have a different path that leads us here.
  • You agree not to post any content that constitutes hate speech or defamation, is threatening or bullying, infringes on someone’s privacy, or is in any other way inappropriate or harmful for members or for the overall goal of Strong Wise Women.
  • You agree that you are responsible for your choices in what information you decide to share in Strong Wise Women.

**Strong Wise Women has created a secure environment for members only. However, we do not assume responsibility for how others share any information you provide on the website.**

When you become a member, you agree to the following:

  • All the information you provide to create your account is true.
  • You will not share your password, let anyone else access your account, or jeopardize the security of your account in any other way.  
  • You assume 100% responsibility for the content you share.
  • You will not attempt to access an account belonging to someone else.
  • You will not post unauthorized commercial communications ( SPAM) on the website.
  • You will not use our website to present unlawful, misleading, malicious or discriminatory information.
  • You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
  • You will not collect any personal information about members to be used outside of this site for any commercial means.
  • You grant Strong Wise Women, KS Buckley LLC a non-exclusive perpetual license of all rights necessary to post any text, photographs, audiovisual works, or other content that you post.  This includes the rights to reproduce, use in marketing or display.  This will be followed with consideration for your privacy, and Strong Wise Women will always seek expressed consent from a member before sharing.
  • You understand that we have the right and full discretion to edit or remove your posting at any time, for any reason.
  • You agree that any content you post to the website is yours, or you have permission to do so, and it does not infringe on the rights of any person or company, including but not limited to copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
  • Strong Wise Women, a division of KS BUckley LLC, owns all rights to the content that is provided on the website.You agree that you will not use any content from the website in a way that infringes on our rights as the owner of that content.  
  • You agree and understand that we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if we find that the terms of use are not being followed.
Strong Wise women may provide links to third party websites and resources in our members area.  IN addition, members may also post links to outside sites.  You understand and agree to the following:

  • We have no control over third party sites, their content, activities, and are not responsible for your experience on those sites.
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of any content on a third party website.
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of any content posted by our members.
  • No link to other sites outside of our website constitutes an endorsement of any kind.

Although we will always strive to maintaining a nurturing and safe environment, we do not control or direct the actions of any Strong Wise Women member and are not responsible for the content or information that members share. We are not responsible for the conduct, whether in or outside the member area, of any member of Strong Wise Women.
We do encourage all members to contact us if they see any inappropriate content as outlined in our terms of use so we may remove it immediately.

Strong Wise Women is a private membership site that offers a platform for women to share, connect, and learn from each other.

We are not licensed therapists, counselors, social workers, psychologists or other allied health professional.  You understand and agree that Strong Wise Women, or KS Buckley LLC, nor any contributor of content to the site, specifically including but not limiting Kelly S. Buckley, provides any professional service, counsel, or advice through the website or otherwise.

You agree that you will not consider any information you receive as professional services.

We do not make any specific promises or guarantees about the content.
